Digital Marketing Executive

Evergreen Power is looking for a motivated and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing our social media presence, creating engaging content, managing paid advertising campaigns, improving website search visibility, and maintaining an up-to-date lead tracking system. It is well-suited for candidates with some practical digital marketing experience who are eager to develop their skills and grow into a more senior marketing position.

Key Responsibilities
Develop weekly or monthly content plans in collaboration with management. Write captions, ad copy, short video scripts, and blog articles to engage our audience. Create graphics, reels, and short videos using tools like Canva and CapCut, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines for a consistent look and tone. Manage posting and scheduling across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain active engagement.

Monitor trending content and competitor activities to generate fresh ideas. Set up and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads, tracking key performance metrics such as reach, clicks, and cost per lead. Optimize campaigns based on data insights. Conduct keyword research relevant to our services and target audience, and optimize website pages and blog posts by improving titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and internal links. Regularly produce SEO-friendly blog content to boost organic traffic.

Maintain the Google Business Profile by updating posts, photos, and responding to reviews. Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website traffic and search rankings. Identify and resolve basic on-page SEO issues like broken links, slow loading pages, and missing tags, or escalate them to the web developer when necessary. Build basic backlinks through directories, guest posts, and partnerships. Update the lead tracking sheet daily with leads generated from ads, forms, website, and messages.

Required Qualifications
6 to 12 months of experience in digital or social media marketing. Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and basic familiarity with TikTok Ads and Google Ads. Basic understanding of on-page SEO and experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and keyword research platforms. Strong creative skills with proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software. Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for data management. Highly organized, reliable, and capable of meeting daily and weekly deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are advantageous. Basic photography or video shooting skills are a plus. A portfolio or samples of previous campaigns, articles, or pages worked on will be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month, along with hands-on learning opportunities and potential for career growth. Medical insurance coverage up to Rs. 300,000 is provided. This is an in-person role based at Ahmed Center, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad.
