Digital Marketing Executive

Yuni Rides is seeking digital marketing professionals at various experience levels to join its expanding marketing team based in Karachi. This full-time, onsite role involves supporting a US-based transportation business and requires working during US business hours, specifically from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PKT, Monday through Saturday. Candidates with expertise in digital marketing, performance advertising, lead generation, AI-driven marketing, and marketing automation are encouraged to apply. The position offers competitive monthly salaries ranging from PKR 40,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and skill level, with opportunities available for junior, mid-level, and senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage audience targeting, budgeting, testing, and performance optimization for paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility, traffic quality, and conversion rates.
- Oversee social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows to streamline campaign management.
- Utilize large language models (LLMs) and AI-powered marketing tools for research, content creation, audience analysis, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Develop prompt libraries and repeatable AI-assisted marketing processes.
- Create landing page strategies, lead nurturing sequences, and conversion optimization plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare clear, actionable campaign performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment, brand awareness, and business growth efforts.
- Ensure quality control and human oversight of AI-generated marketing content.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant professional experience aligned with the selected tier (Junior, Specialist, or Senior).
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Experience using AI and LLM-powered tools for marketing purposes.
- Understanding of marketing automation, conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work onsite during the evening to night shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM tools applied to marketing.
- Familiarity with automation platforms including Bitrix24, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM systems.
- Proven track record in creating AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, content generation, email marketing, reporting, or campaign management.
- Prior experience working with US-based businesses or international clients.
- Background in transportation, recruitment marketing, education, or service industries is advantageous.
