Digital Marketing Executive

HCA Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join their team, focusing on managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands. This role is ideal for candidates with up to two years of experience who are passionate about optimizing digital advertising efforts to drive online sales. The position is based on-site at Commercial Broadway, Phase 8 DHA, Lahore, with working hours from 4 PM to 12 AM. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and refine ad strategies that maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns tailored for e-commerce clients.
- Monitor campaign performance continuously and implement strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve ad effectiveness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Generate detailed reports to track campaign performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns specifically for e-commerce brands.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
