Digital Marketing Expert

AiNetworks LLC is a technology company registered in the US and Pakistan, specializing in AI solutions, cybersecurity, IT services, automation, and digital services. Serving clients primarily in the USA and Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Expert who is well-versed in the entire digital growth cycle. This role demands proficiency across paid advertising, SEO, content creation, lead generation, CRM management, and reporting. The main objective is to generate qualified B2B leads, enhance digital visibility, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate qualified B2B leads targeting the USA and Saudi Arabia markets.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform marketing tactics.
- Create and coordinate social media content including posts, reels, videos, and CEO-focused materials.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows to nurture leads.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for better performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve results.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Monitor key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversions, and lead quality.
- Prepare weekly performance reports detailing leads, spend, ROI, and traffic trends.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and technical teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Identify and explore new growth opportunities across both paid and organic channels.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with key marketing metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Expertise in landing page design and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience targeting audiences in the USA or Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Background in B2B technology, SaaS, IT, or digital services marketing is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, WordPress, HubSpot or other CRM platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Success in this role will be measured by a consistent flow of qualified B2B leads, reduced CPL and CAC, improved ROAS, increased website traffic, higher SEO rankings, better lead quality, and stronger brand visibility and engagement.
- The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs90,000.
- This is an in-person role requiring work from the company’s office location.
