Digital Marketing Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Multan, offers practical, industry-focused IT training aimed at preparing young individuals for careers and freelancing opportunities in technology. As part of our ongoing IT skills development program, we conduct physical classes designed to equip trainees with the essential knowledge and hands-on experience needed to succeed in the digital marketing field. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Instructor to lead daily classes and practical labs, guiding beginners through real-world online marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs following the approved curriculum.
- Teach practical digital marketing skills to trainees, many of whom have little or no prior experience.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentation slides, campaign briefs, assignments, and quizzes.
- Supervise labs where trainees build and manage social media pages and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who need extra help to keep up.
- Coach trainees on creating freelancing profiles, securing local client work, and applying for jobs.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to maintain training quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency, business, or freelance setting.
- Practical knowledge of managing social media pages and running Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva and AI-based applications.
- Ability to teach clearly and engagingly in both Urdu and English, demonstrating patience with beginners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certifications such as Meta Blueprint or Google Ads are highly desirable.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing on platforms like Daraz or Shopify.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles is an advantage.
