Integriti Group Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to take full ownership of all digital channels and transform them into a measurable engine for brand growth and customer conversion. This role involves setting the digital strategy, managing the entire funnel from initial awareness to repeat business, and being fully accountable for performance metrics. The position requires a hands-on leader who will build and test campaigns, guide internal teams and agency partners, and leverage data and AI tools to drive faster, smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Ownership:
Develop and manage the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across multiple channels including website, social media, search, paid media, email, marketplaces, and emerging platforms. Set quarterly growth targets and budgets, allocating spend based on channel performance. Serve as the primary point of accountability for digital marketing results and report directly to company leadership.

Growth and Acquisition:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and community engagement, including visibility in AI-powered search and answer engines. Establish partnerships, influencer and creator programs, and affiliate marketing channels aligned with the brand.

Conversion and Retention:
Lead conversion rate optimization efforts across landing pages, websites, and checkout or lead capture flows. Implement a structured A/B and multivariate testing program with clear hypotheses and documented outcomes. Develop lifecycle and retention marketing journeys using email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications with segmentation and personalization.

Brand and Content:
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints. Oversee the content calendar, including short-form video, social media, blogs, and campaign creatives. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all assets are designed for performance as well as aesthetics.

Data, Analytics, and AI:
Manage analytics setup, tracking, and attribution using tools like GA4, tag management, and server-side tracking. Build comprehensive dashboards covering the full funnel—from reach and traffic to leads, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, creative production, testing, targeting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with privacy and consent regulations and adapt measurement strategies for a cookieless environment.

Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and lead the digital marketing team, freelancers, and agency partners. Collaborate closely with sales, product, design, and executive leadership to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives. Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing channels, budgets, or teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, leads, or conversions through digital channels with measurable results.
- Hands-on expertise in paid media across search, social, and programmatic platforms with experience managing significant monthly budgets.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media growth strategies.
- Practical experience in conversion rate optimization, including landing page optimization, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, tag management, attribution modeling, and dashboard creation for stakeholders.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms, including lifecycle campaign management.
- Understanding of privacy and consent requirements and their impact on digital tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

- AI-native marketer who integrates AI daily for creative work, research, audience insights, and automation while recognizing where human judgment is essential.
- Knowledge of search beyond traditional engines, including AI assistants and answer engines.
- Full-funnel, revenue-focused mindset emphasizing CAC, LTV, payback period, and contribution margin rather than just clicks or impressions.
- Strong culture of experimentation with disciplined, fast-paced testing and willingness to discontinue underperforming initiatives.
- Fluency in creator-driven short-form video content and experience briefing creators for platforms like Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Expertise in first-party data strategies, building owned audiences, and leveraging CRM/CDP data for personalization amid declining third-party tracking.
- Commercial and e-commerce experience, including marketplaces, D2C, or B2B lead generation.
- Builder mentality comfortable with scaling brands or channels from early stages and navigating ambiguity.
- Skilled storyteller capable of making the brand memorable while achieving performance goals.

Tools and Platforms

Familiarity with a broad range of tools is expected, though deep expertise in all is not required. These include paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads), analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio), SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console), CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce), CRO/testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely), website/CMS systems (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify), creative tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud), AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), and social media management software (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).

This role offers the opportunity to lead digital marketing efforts at a dynamic company, driving measurable growth through innovative strategies and data-driven execution.
