Datum Labs, a data engineering and AI consultancy with a global footprint across the US, Germany, Sweden, and the Middle East, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and own its digital presence. This role encompasses managing paid campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and performance reporting across multiple service lines and products. The ideal candidate will spearhead the global marketing function for an AI-first company, driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, strengthening brand positioning, and generating demand across AI, software engineering, and digital transformation services. Close collaboration with executive leadership is essential to align marketing initiatives with business goals and to build scalable growth strategies supporting enterprise sales in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the global marketing and growth strategy, including go-to-market (GTM) plans for AI consulting, custom software development, AI workflow automation, AI MVP & PoC, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions through service marketing strategies.
- Lead product marketing efforts such as messaging, positioning, pricing support, competitive analysis, and solution launches.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, executive branding, public relations, industry awards, employer branding, and partnership marketing.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, HR, Customer Success, and Leadership.
- Develop data-driven marketing operations, including reporting, attribution, and performance measurement.
- Own digital marketing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across all channels—paid, organic, and social—for Datum Labs’ services and products.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads targeting B2B and technology audiences.
- Drive demand generation through SEO, GEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Define KPIs aligned with marketing goals and deliver actionable insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies including technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to increase organic visibility and lead generation.
- Manage the content calendar across website, blog, LinkedIn, and other social channels, ensuring content is on-brand and optimized for search and audience engagement.
- Create case studies, landing pages, and thought-leadership content that reinforce Datum Labs’ positioning in its core technical areas.
- Build conversion-focused websites and digital experiences to increase qualified pipeline.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag) and enforce UTM discipline; resolve tracking discrepancies.
- Monitor funnel performance from click to lead to opportunity and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct structured A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and offers to improve conversion rates in collaboration with design and development teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Content, and Leadership teams to align campaigns with business objectives and pipeline goals.
- Provide clear creative briefs to designers and content writers and write effective ad copy tailored for a technical B2B audience.
- Mentor junior marketing team members on analytics, SEO, and content best practices.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and prompt engineering to enhance research, content creation, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B, technology, SaaS, or consultancy sectors.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads; practical experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong SEO fundamentals including GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency in conversion tracking, pixel/API-based measurement, and UTM discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build funnel views and distinguish real trends from normal variance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining performance metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to US, European, or Middle Eastern markets.
- Background in data/AI/software consultancy or B2B SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including lead-source attribution.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint.

- Salary: Up to Rs400,000 per month
