Digital Marketing Manager

Think Higher Consultants (THC) is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join their team at Giga Mall, World Trade Centre, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple digital platforms, create compelling content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. The position is on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, review, and manage high-quality content across social media channels, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar tools to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage social media accounts to ensure consistent, engaging, and professional content that aligns with the company’s brand voice.
- Develop content calendars, newsletters, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Optimize ongoing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, conversion rates, and overall return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to support lead generation efforts and contribute to business growth.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in digital marketing and content management, demonstrating the ability to deliver successful campaigns.
- Strong skills in content writing, editing, and proofreading to ensure high-quality and error-free communications.
- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, including email automation and campaign management.
- Solid knowledge of social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, and digital advertising techniques.
- Excellent communication skills combined with creativity and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs150,000. This role requires the candidate to work in person at the company’s office located in Giga Mall, World Trade Centre, Islamabad.
