Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms while managing a team and ensuring a strong brand presence in the digital space. This role demands a hands-on leader who can blend creativity with data-driven insights to deliver impactful results and foster collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Lead and manage the digital marketing team, which includes content creators, designers, and advertising specialists, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to maximize return on investment and campaign effectiveness. Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to boost organic search visibility and enhance website performance. Utilize digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports. Drive content strategy development for blogs, social media, email marketing, and website updates to engage target audiences effectively. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives. Maintain the company’s online reputation, brand messaging, and customer engagement efforts. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to continuously improve strategies. Plan and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a senior digital marketing role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, analytics, and tools. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM tools, and social media management platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to the real estate sector. Ability to reliably commute or plan relocation to Malir Cantt prior to starting work. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp is highly desirable. Familiarity with website content management systems like WordPress or Shopify is an advantage. Basic knowledge of design or video editing tools to support content collaboration is preferred. Experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing will be considered a plus. The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs150,000 per month.
