Sky One – Education Consultants is seeking two experienced Digital Marketing Managers to join their expanding team at two office locations in Karachi. The company specializes in personalized education consulting services for students planning to study abroad. The services cover the entire process, including university applications, admission planning, visa guidance, and pre-departure preparation, ensuring students navigate their journey with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Handle audience targeting, retargeting, and advertising budget management to maximize campaign ROI.
- Create engaging content for social media, including posts, reels, promotional creatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce and edit videos, including short-form content, to support promotional efforts.
- Oversee social media management, Google Ads campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to generate detailed reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), demonstrating a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns and generating quality leads.
- Solid background in digital marketing, preferably within the education or study abroad consultancy sector.
- Strong skills in lead generation, campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and budget management.
- Proficiency in content creation, video shooting, and editing for marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of social media management tools, Google Ads, and analytics platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
