Datum Labs is a data engineering and AI consultancy serving clients across the US, Germany, Sweden, and the Middle East. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence, including paid campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and performance reporting. This role will support our diverse service lines and product portfolio, driving growth and brand visibility on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global marketing and growth strategy, focusing on AI consulting, custom software development, AI workflow automation, cloud, and enterprise solutions. Develop go-to-market strategies that translate complex technical services into clear business value propositions.
- Oversee product marketing activities such as messaging, positioning, pricing support, competitive analysis, and solution launches. Manage thought leadership, executive branding, PR, industry awards, employer branding, and partnership marketing initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, HR, Customer Success, and Leadership teams. Establish data-driven marketing operations, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
- Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and social channels. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads targeting B2B and technology audiences.
- Drive demand generation through SEO, geo-targeting, content marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), email marketing, and marketing automation. Define KPIs aligned with business goals and provide actionable insights through regular performance reporting.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies including technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to increase organic visibility and lead generation. Manage content calendars across the website, blog, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and audience needs.
- Create conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and digital experiences to boost qualified pipeline growth.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM parameters. Identify funnel leakage points and run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates in collaboration with design and development teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Content, and Leadership to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and pipeline goals. Provide clear creative briefs and write compelling ad copy tailored to a technical B2B audience.
- Mentor junior marketing team members on analytics, SEO, and content best practices. Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and prompt engineering to enhance research, content creation, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B, technology, SaaS, or consultancy sectors.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with LinkedIn Ads is essential.
- Strong SEO knowledge including GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.
- Proficient in conversion tracking, pixel/API-based measurement, and UTM discipline.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build funnel views and distinguish real trends from normal variance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining performance metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to US, European, or Middle Eastern markets.
- Background in data/AI/software consultancy or B2B SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including lead-source attribution.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint are advantageous.
