Digital Marketing Manager

Cynosure Designs is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and shape the digital strategy for a diverse range of clients. This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore requires a dynamic leader who can manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, and social media specialists while driving measurable growth through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a strong team culture with clear goals and regular feedback. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads, utilizing advanced tools like Performance Max, Advantage+, and smart bidding strategies. Oversee all SEO activities, including Local SEO and management of Google Business Profiles, to improve organic visibility. Develop and implement comprehensive social media and content strategies, incorporating short-form video and AI-assisted workflows to enhance engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and deliver clear, actionable reports to clients. Manage multiple client accounts, budgets, and deadlines efficiently to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least two years in a leadership role, preferably within an agency environment. Proven hands-on expertise in paid media, SEO, social media marketing, and content development. Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent communication and client management skills. A commitment to staying updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
