Digital Marketing & Receptionist / Client Service Officer

MSS Consultancy is expanding its operations in Pakistan with a new office located in Lahore’s DHA Phase 8. Specializing in international financial markets, particularly forex and gold trading, the company is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join as a Digital Marketing & Receptionist / Client Service Officer. This multifaceted role involves managing front desk activities, handling client communications, and executing digital marketing strategies. It is well-suited for someone who is client-oriented, creative in digital marketing, and capable of managing diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Office Administration:
- Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and orderly front desk atmosphere.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Perform routine administrative tasks to support daily office functions.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and inquiries for reference.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage and expand the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms by creating and posting engaging content including posts, stories, captions, and responding to comments and messages.
- Develop promotional materials and short videos to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct online marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads within Lahore.
- Assist with website content updates and basic SEO improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance, track leads, and prepare regular marketing reports.

Client Relations & Sales Support:
- Respond professionally to prospective clients and clearly communicate company services.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate lead records and collaborate closely with sales and management teams.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Share financial market information responsibly, avoiding any unrealistic promises regarding investment returns.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in reception, customer service, or office administration is advantageous.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.
- Ability to create professional visual content using Canva or similar design software.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, lead management, and basic marketing analytics.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of forex, gold trading, or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking is beneficial.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are advantageous.
- Proven ability to generate leads through digital advertising campaigns.
- Willingness to learn about financial markets and company services is essential.
- Starting salary of PKR 50,000 per month, with potential increases based on experience and skills.

Working Hours & Location

- Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day, with Sunday off.
- Position is based at MSS Consultancy Office, Building 142, Block A, DHA Phase 8, Commercial Broadway, Lahore.
- This role requires full-time, in-person attendance.
