Digital Marketing Specialist

Aetheria Group is expanding its team to support a leading London-based FinTech and foreign exchange organisation with over 23 years of successful operation. We are recruiting one Senior AI Digital Marketing & Front-End Growth Lead and three AI Digital Marketing & Growth Executives for permanent, full-time, office-based roles in F-11, Islamabad. These positions offer a unique opportunity to work within an international team focused on leveraging artificial intelligence, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, front-end development, and growth strategies to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team (Senior Lead role) while developing and owning the digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee SEO, website performance, and lead generation initiatives to improve search visibility and rankings.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and AI automation platforms to produce content, build workflows, and enhance productivity.
- Manage front-end website development and maintenance, including coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, WordPress, and CMS platforms to improve user experience, conversion rates, and website speed.
- Drive B2B lead generation campaigns, marketing automation, sales funnel creation, and CRM segmentation to generate high-quality business opportunities.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation, engagement optimization, and reporting.
- Create and manage LinkedIn and social media marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, executive thought leadership, and engagement.
- Produce digital brochures, marketing materials, social media graphics, and presentations using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI design platforms.
- Coordinate with UK stakeholders and senior leadership to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Support recruitment, training, and continuous improvement of the marketing team.
- Maintain professional standards including confidentiality, data protection, and ethical behavior.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in digital marketing with strong SEO expertise.
- Proficiency in AI marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Experience in website management and front-end development.
- Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and lead generation techniques.
