Digital Marketing Specialist

Ralico, a UK-based company dedicated to delivering PAS 2035 compliant whole-house retrofit projects aligned with the UK’s Net Zero 2050 targets, is expanding its Solar PV start-up, "My Solar Guy." This Reading-based solar PV and battery business leverages AI technology to generate detailed homeowner reports without the need for surveys or sales calls. These reports are provided free of charge to build trust and credibility, allowing homeowners to decide whether to proceed, schedule a call or survey, or directly purchase and arrange an installation. We are seeking a Karachi-based digital marketing specialist to take ownership of our website’s visibility through local SEO, Google Business Profile management, search engine marketing, and social media. The role involves collaboration with our Karachi team, with a flexible work arrangement combining office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility, particularly targeting the UK market.
- Manage and optimize the Google Business Profile to enhance local search presence.
- Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Karachi-based team to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Use AI-driven insights and data analytics tools to refine marketing approaches and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, especially within the renewable energy sector.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience growing UK-based businesses through search engine optimization and social media marketing, supported by quantifiable results.
- Strong understanding of local SEO tactics and Google Business Profile management.
- Hands-on experience managing paid ad budgets, with the ability to allocate spend effectively between Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to develop strategies for ranking new service websites in competitive markets without being physically located in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
