We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist who is enthusiastic about creating and implementing effective digital campaigns that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on SEO improvement, paid advertising, and converting online engagement into tangible results. This full-time role is based onsite in Lahore, with working hours from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Friday. The successful applicant will be a proactive team player ready to contribute to a fast-paced marketing environment and help achieve strategic digital goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize reach and conversion rates. Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and maintaining customer engagement. Design and implement high-converting landing pages and marketing funnels that align with campaign objectives and enhance user experience. Conduct thorough SEO audits and perform detailed keyword research to boost organic search rankings and visibility. Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize return on investment (ROI). Carry out competitor and market research to uncover trends and growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with Sales and Content teams to generate quality leads and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes. Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Ability to independently manage projects and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Compensation and Work Environment
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000. It is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
