A leading media group based in Lahore is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Media Executive to join their dynamic team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing digital content and social media platforms, with a strong grasp of current digital trends. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute digital content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Develop creative posts, captions, videos, reels, and other digital content formats tailored to the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with editorial, creative, and production teams to align digital content with overall media strategies.
- Monitor social media trends and identify new opportunities to enhance audience engagement and expand reach.
- Oversee daily content publishing, ensuring timely coverage of news and media updates.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare basic reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to the organization’s editorial and digital standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital media, social media management, or within a media organization.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging digital channels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences effectively.
