Job Description

  •  Maintaining computerized & manual filing systems and office data.
  •  Drafting and typing reports, memos and general correspondence.
  •  Arranging quotes as per requested from sales team
  •  Dealing with different vendors & Partner Companies.
  •  Processing purchase orders and maintaining associated files.
  •  Prepare confidential correspondence, special reports, questionnaires, evaluations, and justifications related to general administrative tasks.
  •  Maintaining and requesting new equipment or supplies for departments.
  •  Other duties as assigned.


  •  MBA/BBA, Preferably in IT
  •  Proficient in English
  •  1-2 Years of experience
  •  Highly Dedicated, Self-Starter and Passionate to learn
  •  Strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
  •  Excellent command on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and web browsing.
  •  Must be hard-working and can manage the tasks independently
  •  Must have transferable Iqama
