Scaleup Connect is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Operations Associate to join its operations team onsite in Bahadurabad, Karachi. This full-time, entry-level position supports international business workflows during evening and night shifts, specifically from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. It is an excellent opportunity for high-potential fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience managing digital systems, data workflows, and collaborating with global teams. The role involves working with AI-assisted tools, digital platforms, and data-driven operations, providing a solid foundation for a career in digital or business operations and technology-enabled services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily digital operations and manage internal workflow processes to ensure smooth business functions.
- Support coordination across departments and international stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and operational logs for accurate tracking.
- Perform data entry, validation, and tracking within internal systems to uphold data integrity.
- Maintain and update reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards to provide operational visibility.
- Assist in compiling performance reports and key operational metrics.
- Operate internal dashboards, CRM systems, and other digital tools while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to aid research, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Support the implementation of automation and AI-assisted productivity tools to enhance operational processes.
- Facilitate communication with international teams via email and collaboration platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate operational updates and ensure timely escalation of issues or delays.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education of A-Levels or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- No prior professional experience required; internships, university projects, freelance work, or volunteer experience involving digital tools, AI applications, analytics, or operational workflows will be considered advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, AI copilots, and workflow automation platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience with productivity and collaboration tools including Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and communication platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Exposure to CRM systems and internal reporting dashboards will be beneficial.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to PKR 60,000.
