Job Description

  • Good command over bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation is preffered.
  • Critical to have knowledge of advance excel
  • Required to study the financial transactions made by the organization and prepare financial reports based on the available data.
  • Needs to prepare financial statements.
  • Involved in managing the fixed assets of the company.
  • Required to manage the company’s working capital.
  • Task of controlling the company’s funds.
  • To prepare the annual accounts for the company.
  • To review and upgrade the financial plans for upcoming year.
  • Finance handling (Cash & Banks).
  • Maintain all banks accounts.
  • Preparing cheques for vendors payments.
  • Supervision of daily closing sheet and monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Correspondence with banks.

  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards. Practical knowledge of financial systems, internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Advanced Computer skills including the ability to operate and manage computerized financial Systems, spreadsheet and word-processing programs
  • Good Report writing skill
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  • Local statutory requirements knowledge.
  • Reconciliation of bank balances with bank statements.
  • Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
