Location: Karachi, Shahra-e-Faisal

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Job Summary K.H. Solutionz is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Digital Product Sales Executive with at least one year of sales experience, basic knowledge of digital products, and familiarity with the Pakistan and UAE markets. The ideal candidate should be able to understand digital products, explain their features and benefits to potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects into paying clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate potential leads in the Pakistan and UAE markets.
  • Promote and sell the company's digital products to prospective customers.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other sales channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital products and solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up with leads, handle customer queries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, sales activities, and revenue.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitors in Pakistan and the UAE.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in digital products, software, or IT services.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of digital products, including their features, benefits, uses, and functionality.
  • Familiarity with the Pakistan and UAE markets, including customer behavior and business practices.
  • Ability to explain digital products clearly and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and sales-closing skills.
  • Ability to identify potential customers, convert leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online sales channels is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English; Urdu is an advantage.
