Digital Qrew is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Cold Calling specialist to join our dynamic team in Wapda Town, Lahore. This full-time, night shift role requires a proactive individual with at least one year of experience in call centers, skilled in engaging potential clients and generating leads through effective cold calling strategies. The successful candidate will work on-site, contributing to our goal of expanding our real estate network by establishing initial contact and building rapport with prospective clients through tactful communication and objection handling. This position does not involve team management but offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment that supports innovation and continuous learning. In this role, you will apply your appointment setting and communication skills to convert cold leads into warm prospects, supporting the overall sales process in real estate. Responsibilities

Perform outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce Digital Qrews real estate offerings and services.
Utilize objection handling techniques to effectively address questions and concerns from prospects.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to support the real estate sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions in the companys CRM system.
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets to help meet company lead generation goals.
Adapt communication style to engage prospective clients from diverse backgrounds.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead quality and client expectations.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve cold calling techniques and product knowledge.
Adhere to all company policies, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Work the night shift reliably, ensuring full participation during scheduled hours.
Report regularly on call outcomes and progress towards targets to management.
