Digital Signage Technical Support Engineer (Mid)

Vorson, a diversified B2B execution partner since 2006 and part of the TAG Group family of companies active in professional services since 1998, serves a wide range of corporate, institutional, and public/private sector clients. Our expertise spans corporate gifting, textiles and workwear, printing and packaging, digital signage, and marketing execution. We are currently seeking a Digital Signage Technical Support Engineer to independently handle the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of client digital signage deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation and commissioning of SMD/LED walls, kiosks, and interactive displays, ensuring all setups meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues independently, minimizing downtime and maintaining system reliability.
- Configure content management systems and remote monitoring tools to optimize content delivery and system performance.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules across multiple client sites to ensure ongoing operational efficiency.
- Train junior technicians and client-side staff on basic system operation and troubleshooting to enhance user competence and reduce support requests.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand technical requirements and assess site readiness before deployment.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AV or digital signage installation and technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills covering both hardware and software components of digital signage systems.
- Proficiency with content management and display software platforms commonly used in digital signage environments.
- Ability to independently manage multiple site deployments, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
