Digital Sublimation Textile Designer

We are seeking a full-time Digital Sublimation Textile Designer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This on-site role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 70,000 for candidates with relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative textile and apparel patterns, ensuring print files meet production standards, and maintaining color accuracy throughout the process. This position operates during the morning shift and requires close collaboration with the production team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and market-ready textile and apparel patterns using digital sublimation techniques.
- Prepare and finalize print-ready TIFF files, ensuring all technical specifications are met for production.
- Manage and maintain color accuracy across all designs to ensure consistency between digital files and final printed products.
- Coordinate effectively with the production department to align design outputs with manufacturing requirements and timelines.
- Stay updated with current trends in textile design and sublimation printing to contribute fresh ideas and improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in digital sublimation textile design or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in design software relevant to textile pattern creation and file preparation.
- Solid understanding of color management and the technical aspects of print production.
- Ability to work full-time on-site during morning shifts in Karachi.
