Requirements:
- Should have strong networking knowledge with clarity of TCP/IP model and network protocols IS-IS, BGP, OSPF, MPLS and EIGRP.
- Should have worked on Network monitoring system and have in-depth knowledge of fault rectification and root cause analysis
- Should be familiar with Telecom service provider working architecture of OSS
- Must have an understanding of virtualization architecture
- Must have worked on reporting and analytics tools
- Must have worked on distributed applications having knowledge of Tomcat servers, Backends and custom collectors
- Must be familiar with Big Data architecture and data pipelines
- Must have deployed and upgraded applications
- Have conducted POC/POV in customer facing environment and have addressed the pain points of customer
- Understanding of database design, SQL concepts
- Should be hands-on on Red Hat Linux having knowledge of shell scripts and directory structure
- Must have previous experience of managing a team in a 24/7 operational environment
- Should have experience of tracking and documenting issues and compiling incident reports
