We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic executives who have experience in outbound cold-calling to USA customers for Real Estate campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in Cold Calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Ability to make cold calls, follow up with leads, and close deals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets and quotas.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and short-term rental
- Experience in the short-term rental industry is a plus point.
- Ability to handle any issues or complaints from tenants or property owners and be proactive in addressing them.
Job Requirements:
- Great communication
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum education O Levels/A Levels - Matric/FSC
- Prior experience in the cold calling
- Outbound sales experience would be a plus
