1. Creates and maintains onboarding schedules in concert with organizational needs and instructor training/availability.

  2. To create periods of instruction and evaluations to determine learning success for onboarding programs.

  3. Identifies and implements onboarding and staffing opportunities.

  4. Coordinates facility utilization and responds to customer needs.

  5. Monitors technology resources and suggests improvements as needed.

  6. Identifies new Associate competencies via onboarding assessments and recommends Section assignments as a result. Further monitors new Associate assignments to ensure proper alignment with organizational objectives.

  7. Stays abreast of instructional techniques that achieve both behavioral and results-level learning milestones.

  8. Collects analyses and reports training data. Identifies relevant data correlations to maintain program success and initiate improvements where applicable.
