Must Haves
- Must have minimum 1-2 years online bidding experience in portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, People Per Hour etc.
- Generate new business leads for Web Design, Development, Mobile Apps and Internet Marketing.
- Expert in writing proposals for bidding projects.
- Must have excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.
- Should be highly efficient in sending proposals.
- Should gather insight for the technical team, negotiate & conclude deals.
- Candidates with the technical background would be preferred.
- Should be comfortable in communication with the overseas client through Emails, Skype, Chat, Phone etc.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Meet Revenue Targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Identify, Research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs.

Note
With your basic salary + commissions you can earn make a handsome amount of 60 to 70k easily or even more.
