Data Entry Operator

Digivate Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with 2+ years of experience. The candidate should be proficient in laptop use, basic database management, and digital marketing, with good English communication skills. The role requires accuracy, organization, independence, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining updated databases and supporting basic digital marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across databases and digital platforms.
Review and verify information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Organize and maintain digital records, files, and databases in an efficient manner.
Use laptops and relevant digital tools to perform daily data entry and administrative tasks.
Support basic digital marketing activities and assist with data-related campaign requirements.
Identify and report data errors, inconsistencies, or missing information for timely correction.
Maintain data confidentiality and follow company procedures for data security.
Communicate clearly in English with team members regarding data requirements and updates.
Collaborate with colleagues to complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines.
Regularly clean, organize, and maintain databases to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
