Qualification
- Over 3 years mobile field sales relevant work experience;
- Famous mobile phone brands(OPPO, HUAWEI, Qmobile, Gfive, NOKIA) work experience is preferred, has sales supervisor or Regional sales manager position is better
- Must speak English;
- Age between 25~40 years old;
- Strong communication skills, able to work under pressure and challenge, have a stronger ability to solve difficult problems, passion for sales job;
- Good relationship with the region dealer, familiar with the market mobile and accessories shop distribution, good skill of business development.
- University degree.
Job Responsibility
- Introduce the brand profile, explain our brand portfolio, convince the dealer in the responsible market to cooperate with our brand;
- Identifying and executing sales with new customers and distributor customers
- Responsibility for selecting regional key customers in a geographical area and growing them in line with the regional or area strategic plan
- Growth generation of sales volume with local key customers
- Identifying and reporting competitor activities, prepare and implement counteractive measures.
- Maintain good relationship with the dealer in the regional market to achieve good sell in;
- Solve complain from both the dealer and customer side, make sure there is no bad effect from our brand.
