Role and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Web developer is responsible for maintaining and optimizing several web properties and marketing systems for the company.
  • Administer website including performance monitoring and improvements, website security, server/system updates.
  • Manage website changes, coordinating with designers, content providers, and business managers.
  • Implement optimization strategies in collaboration with marketing to increase the company’s search engine results rankings.
  • Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
  • Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, responsive web design, general web functions and standards.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other related tools by Google.
  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate weekly reports, containing key performance metrics, of advertisement results from GoogleAds, Facebook and Instagram.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required in web development, computer science, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
