This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore is for English-fluent call agents who will support Google My Business (GMB) and landing page selling campaigns. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, clearly presenting campaign offerings and responding to inquiries professionally. The role requires maintaining detailed call logs, updating records in relevant systems, and collaborating closely with sales and billing teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads. Agents must adhere to provided scripts and compliance guidelines while effectively using office equipment and dialing tools. Meeting individual and team performance targets is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients regarding Google My Business and landing page campaigns.
- Present campaign offerings clearly and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update records in relevant CRM and tracking systems.
- Coordinate with sales and billing teams to ensure proper lead follow-up and smooth handoffs.
- Follow established scripts and comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize office equipment and dialing tools efficiently to maximize call productivity.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Proven administrative and clerical abilities, including precise data entry and record keeping.
- Basic proficiency in operating office equipment and familiarity with computer-based dialing systems and CRM tools.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive tone.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in call center, telesales, or customer support roles, preferably within healthcare or digital marketing campaigns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
