Technical Skills
- Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way).
- Active Directory to a high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI.
- Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Office 365 - administration/deployment.
- PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC).
- DNS – administration of DNS internal and external.
- Cloud-based admin internal/external)
- · Minimum 2-3 years experience working in End-User Support, Systems Support or
- Recognised certifications and/or relevant experience of the Microsoft Office suite of products, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows server versions including 2008, 2012 2016, with Knowledge of 2019.
- Good understanding of, and ability to evidence Azure support capability.
- Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP.
- Working knowledge of remote software and tools.
- Experience with SCCM, Citrix, Storage systems, and basic networking.
- Technical documentation skills
- Capability and understanding of problem management & change management.
- Present examples of the ability to identify repeat failures and report against them to aid in reduction in repeat failures.
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills by explaining technical solutions in a non-technical manner.
- Good documentation skills. Ability to share knowledge and experience with colleagues.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and be mindful of attention to detail.
- Able to make progress with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work consistently in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Ability to problem solve and think on feet
