We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with knowledge of CRM and HubSpot to manage our social media presence and engage with our customers/prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that align with our brand, marketing, and sales objectives. They will also be responsible for maintaining our HubSpot landing pages and track and analyze customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand, marketing, and sales objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, and track and analyze campaign performance.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Use CRM software to maintain customer data and track customer interactions.
- Use HubSpot to create email campaigns, lead capture forms, and landing pages that align with our marketing and sales objectives.
- Analyze customer data and use insights to inform social media and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Stay up to date with social media and marketing trends and best practices and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve our performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with knowledge of CRM and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating and executing social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with HubSpot, including creating email campaigns, lead capture forms, and landing pages.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform social media and marketing strategies.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to provide executive level reporting.
