Director

As the Business Development Director at RideVision, a division of MAXES Private Limited, you will lead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market presence and driving commercial growth for our cloud-powered digital signage and digital advertising solutions. Your role focuses on building lasting business relationships, uncovering new market opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships that enable organizations to modernize their digital communication and advertising infrastructure through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase RideVision’s market share and generate sustainable revenue streams.
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retail chains, restaurants, hospitality groups, financial institutions, and technology partners to support business objectives.
Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition: Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, define pricing strategies, and drive client acquisition efforts to secure new business.
Digital Signage Solutions: Advocate for cloud-based digital signage offerings, including centralized screen management, remote content scheduling, and multi-location display solutions tailored to client needs.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue emerging business opportunities within Pakistan and international markets, focusing on scalable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Project Delivery & Client Relations: Collaborate closely with technical and creative teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and foster long-term client retention.
Revenue & Commercial Management: Create and manage recurring revenue models through software subscriptions, digital signage installations, and managed services to maximize profitability.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or commercial management within the technology or digital advertising sectors.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based digital signage technologies and their application in various industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships across diverse client segments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
