- Manage IT operations including helpdesk support, endpoint management, identity services, cloud, and SaaS administration through the Manager of IT & Cloud Operations.
- Act as the primary technology liaison for the executive team, providing structured and proactive communication on technology status and initiatives.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, holding partners accountable while preserving professional collaboration.
- Provide hands-on technical oversight by reviewing architecture, code, and SQL queries to ensure high-quality technical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of progressive technology experience, with at least 4 years leading multi-disciplinary teams across development, data, and infrastructure or support functions.
- Proven track record of owning technology modernization or turnaround projects, including legacy system consolidation, offshore team development, or departmental restructuring.
- Direct experience delivering end-to-end data platform or warehouse programs, covering data ingestion, modeling, and downstream application or BI consumption.
- Practical experience in AI/ML delivery, having shipped and maintained production machine learning models, predictive analytics, or large language model-based systems.
- Strong written communication skills with experience presenting structured updates to executive stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing vendor relationships firmly and professionally.
- Technically proficient enough to independently review architecture, read code, and assess SQL quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or other regulated industries with data protection standards such as HIPAA or equivalent.
- Familiarity with US healthcare revenue cycle management processes including claims, denials, eligibility, and accounts receivable workflows.
