This role is focused on driving the strategic growth of the Priority Banking business by acquiring, retaining, and deepening relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will lead portfolio expansion, enhance the overall customer experience, and deliver sustainable revenue growth across banking and wealth management products. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the growth of the Priority Banking portfolio through targeted acquisition, retention, and relationship deepening with affluent and high-net-worth clients. Achieve sustainable growth in liabilities (CASA), deposits, investments, wealth management solutions, and overall portfolio profitability. Develop and implement client acquisition and relationship strategies to attract emerging affluent and private banking clients. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the bank’s product suite to increase customer wallet share. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, acting as a financial and wealth management advisor. Champion exceptional client experience by delivering proactive relationship management and customized financial solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to uncover new business growth opportunities and enhance service delivery. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, governance frameworks, and internal policies. Drive operational excellence and portfolio performance through disciplined business management and continuous performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant banking experience, including significant exposure to Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Affluent Banking, or sales leadership roles. Proven experience managing and growing high-value client portfolios with a consistent track record of meeting revenue targets is required. Strong expertise in wealth management, investments, deposits, liabilities, and financial advisory services is necessary. Excellent relationship management, business development, and stakeholder engagement skills are critical. Candidates must demonstrate strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and enhance portfolio profitability.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. Professional certifications in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Investments, or Banking are advantageous.
