Director Product Management

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to collaborate closely with enterprise customers and internal Product and Engineering teams to address complex business challenges through innovative technology solutions. This role uniquely blends product management, customer engagement, and solution delivery, requiring a professional who can effectively translate customer needs into scalable and impactful product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner directly with customers to deeply understand their business challenges and define tailored product solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into clear product roadmaps, detailed user stories, and precise technical specifications.
- Lead initiatives from the discovery phase and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development through to deployment and user adoption.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
- Prioritize product requirements based on customer impact, business value, and scalability considerations.
- Identify recurring customer needs and convert them into core product capabilities that enhance the overall offering.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery of customer-focused solutions.
- Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to continuously refine and improve the product.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Consulting, Program Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into practical technology and product solutions.
- Strong understanding of the software and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI/ML, SaaS platforms, data technologies, or enterprise technology environments is highly desirable.
- A technical background or familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, data management, and software architecture will be considered a strong advantage.

This position requires working on-site, fostering close collaboration with both customers and internal teams to drive impactful product outcomes.
