Director - Real Estate Project (Arifwala)

Grand City Real Estate is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the planning, development, and successful delivery of a major real estate project located in Arifwala, Punjab. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in project management, construction oversight, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the project meets its timelines, quality standards, and budgetary goals. This leadership role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong communication with all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive planning, development, and execution phases of the project.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, engineers, and internal project teams to maintain alignment with project goals.
- Monitor construction progress closely and address any operational or project-related challenges promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with senior management, government authorities, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project advancement.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved designs, regulatory requirements, and established project standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Direct the project team and optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management or development, preferably within real estate or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and real estate project execution.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of project budgeting, planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Willingness to be based in Arifwala, Punjab.
