Discord Chat Sales Associate

HR Blend is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Discord Chat Sales Associates. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through Discord and other chat platforms, understanding their needs and introducing them to a range of creative and IT services. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, maintaining professional and courteous conversations, following up with interested leads, and learning how to effectively convert inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers via Discord and other chat platforms to understand their requirements.
- Introduce and explain relevant creative and IT services tailored to customer needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Maintain ongoing conversations with leads to build rapport and trust.
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.
- Learn and apply sales techniques to effectively convert inquiries into successful sales.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to engage customers clearly and professionally.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop in a sales role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is an on-site position located in North Nazimabad Block F, Karachi.
- Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM (night shift).
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs80,000, based on performance and experience.
