Discord Chat Support & Sales Representative Role

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Karachi, Pakistan, for a Discord Chat Support and Sales Representative. The role focuses on engaging with potential clients through Discord, promoting artwork and commission services, and providing timely responses to inquiries. The position requires maintaining detailed records, following up on leads, and actively supporting sales targets. The work schedule is a night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with Sundays off. The salary range for this role is PKR 15,000 to PKR 50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with potential clients via Discord to promote artwork and commission services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Support and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall team goals.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and streamline communication processes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in an online or digital environment.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in written form, with the ability to engage clients on Discord.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of artwork and commission services is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable working on-site in Karachi, Pakistan.
