- Looking to hire Business Development Manager (BDM) to support and accelerate our franchise strategy across Pakistan. The BDM position, reporting directly to the Project Director.
- Key Responsibilities:
- The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:
- Manage key channel accounts in Pakistan to achieve franchise targets.
- Identify and train team
- Rapidly expand channel network across Pakistan
- Extensively train new and existing channel partners
- Provide onboarding to new franchise partners
- Attending and conducting exhibitions hosted by business partners on regular basis
- Presentations to potential franchise on regular basis
- Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment & training, monitoring of business development team and reporting on all phases of recruitment & training to the Project Director
- Maintain maximum levels of system knowledge and market intelligence
- Travel extensively to attend training, recruitment & outreach activities, seminars, conferences and meetings throughout Pakistan
- Build strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective franchise and other external institutions and vendors
- Work effectively with the company liaisons to ensure smooth entry into the market
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a educational franchise model
- Strategic-minded and targeted, strong drive for results, pressure-resilient
- Exemplary customer service skills and ability to foster a team based customer service ethic
