Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team and support the smooth operation of our restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Clean and safely store all kitchen equipment after use.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including sweeping and mopping kitchen floors regularly.
- Assist with emptying trash receptacles and uphold overall back-of-house cleanliness and hygiene.

Required Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary; however, previous work experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform well in a hot and fast-paced kitchen setting.
- High attention to detail, particularly concerning cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Dependability and punctuality, especially for the designated evening shift.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary of Rs15,000.00. This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the restaurant.
