The Dispatch Coordinator position is a full-time, on-site role based in the Faisalabad District. This role involves coordinating daily freight movements by assigning loads to carriers and owner-operators, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. The coordinator will communicate regularly with drivers, brokers, and customers, monitor routes and schedules, and update real-time tracking information to maintain smooth operations. Additionally, the role requires handling data entry related to loads, rates, and documentation, supporting ACE and ACI dispatch processes, and resolving issues such as delays or route changes. The Dispatch Coordinator will work closely with the dispatch team to optimize routes and maintain clear communication, supporting 24/7 logistics operations as part of a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily freight movements, assign loads, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor routes and schedules, updating real-time tracking information to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform accurate data entry for loads, rates, and related documentation.
- Support ACE and ACI filing processes to facilitate cross-border logistics compliance.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize routes and manage logistics operations around the clock.
- Assist in resolving delays, route changes, and other operational challenges promptly.
- Participate in a rotating schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven skills in dispatching and logistics coordination, including load, route, and schedule management.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities to interact professionally with drivers, brokers, and clients.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize multiple shipments and requests simultaneously.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills for recording load information, rates, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of freight and transportation operations; familiarity with ACE/ACI or cross-border logistics is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software, spreadsheets, and communication tools such as phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Faisalabad District, including flexible shifts covering evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant education or experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field; prior dispatch experience is preferred.
