Rexen Consultancy (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organized Dispatch Coordinator to join their team at the G-8 Markaz office in Islamabad. This full-time, onsite position involves managing daily delivery schedules, coordinating drivers, and overseeing transportation activities to ensure smooth and timely operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled deliveries and collections.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor delivery schedules and track vehicles and orders in real-time.
- Manage delays, route changes, and any operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date dispatch and delivery records.
- Provide timely updates and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet daily transportation requirements.
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in roles such as Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, or similar positions is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Good command of English communication, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in logistics or transportation coordination within a dynamic environment will be an advantage.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs75,000.
