Intercargo Logistics, a global provider of integrated logistics solutions operating across 32 countries, is seeking Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) / Overnight Dispatch Coordinators for its Islamabad office. The company leverages advanced technology to streamline freight bookings and ensure efficient service delivery. This role is critical in managing freight operations through the company’s digital booking system, coordinating between clients, drivers, and internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate execution of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all new freight bookings in real-time through the digital application.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of job details including pickup and delivery locations, cargo descriptions, timings, and client requirements.
- Address and correct any incomplete or inaccurate job entries by liaising with clients or internal departments.
- Ensure special instructions such as temperature control, oversized cargo handling, and documentation needs are properly recorded.
- Track driver acceptance of assigned jobs and promptly follow up on delayed or declined responses.
- Reassign drivers quickly in cases of cancellations, rejections, or emergencies.
- Confirm drivers receive all necessary job details, documents, and client instructions via the app or direct communication.
- Oversee all shipment milestones including driver assignment, acceptance, pre-departure readiness, arrival at pickup, loading start and completion, departure, arrival at delivery, unloading, and proof of delivery uploads.
- Follow up with drivers who fail to update shipment milestones promptly and log any irregularities or delays.
- Provide real-time milestone notifications to clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding job status, changes, or operational issues, offering timely updates on driver ETAs, loading progress, delays, or route adjustments.
- Respond to client inquiries received via phone, email, or in-app chat, escalating unresolved or critical issues to senior management.
- Ensure all regulatory documentation such as permits, licenses, and hazardous goods paperwork is complete and compliant.
- Maintain accurate overnight shift records for smooth handover to day-shift personnel.

Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly for handling calls with UK-based clients and drivers.
- Basic industry knowledge related to driver dispatch coordination.
- Prior experience in dispatch operations or courier handling is preferred.
- Strong command of English and proficiency in Outlook-based email coordination.
