Flink Freight Logistics, a rapidly expanding company in the logistics and freight forwarding sector, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. Specializing in Over-the-Road (OTR) operations, the company focuses on efficient load management and maintaining strong partnerships with carriers across various regions. This role involves managing shipments and coordinating with carriers and brokers to ensure timely deliveries. The position operates on a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, offering a monthly salary range of PKR 50,000 to 75,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Book and manage OTR loads by liaising with carriers and brokers to secure shipments.
- Coordinate the scheduling of shipments, pickups, and deliveries to meet deadlines.
- Negotiate freight rates effectively to maximize profit margins.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business.
- Monitor shipments closely and proactively address any operational challenges.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and system updates are completed promptly for each load.
- Work collaboratively with dispatch and operations teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a background in Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in call center environments or logistics operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial.
