Key Responsibilities

- Book and manage OTR loads by liaising with carriers and brokers to ensure timely and efficient freight movement.
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries, maintaining strict adherence to schedules.
- Negotiate freight rates to optimize profit margins while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business growth.
- Monitor shipments closely and proactively address any operational issues that arise.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and system updates are completed promptly for each load.
- Collaborate effectively with dispatch and operations teams to facilitate seamless workflow and communication.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in call center operations or logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for managing carrier and client relationships.
- Ability to work night shifts and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
