Job Description:
- Salary: PKR 50,000 - 70,000 per month
- Timing: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Benefits: Commission + EOBI + Provident Fund + Paid Leaves + Growth
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
- Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates for each load
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain / Logistics is a plus)
- 1-2 years of experience (call center or logistics experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work night shifts and handle pressure effectively
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is an advantage
