Flink Freight Logistics is seeking a dedicated OTR Load Coordinator to join their team in Saddar, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role involves managing over-the-road freight operations during the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage OTR loads by liaising with carriers and brokers to secure transportation.

- Develop and sustain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business needs.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics or call center environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills essential for managing carrier relationships and operational issues.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with over-the-road freight operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
